3、cstosolveSino-USculturalconflictappearingonthenegotiatingtable.摘要:文化是一個(gè)民族的基本特征,通常我們把文化分為西方文化和東方文化。作為中西文化的典范—中國(guó)和美國(guó)在文化價(jià)值觀上有著千絲萬(wàn)縷的差別,而這種差異又對(duì)兩國(guó)間的國(guó)際商務(wù)談判有著深遠(yuǎn)的影響。本文研究的目的是對(duì)這兩個(gè)國(guó)家主要的文化價(jià)值觀的差異作一個(gè)分析,運(yùn)用四個(gè)文化元素對(duì)跨文化商務(wù)談判的五個(gè)過(guò)程進(jìn)行分析。在對(duì)中美兩國(guó)跨文化談判的理論分析之后,作者提出相關(guān)的建議來(lái)合理得解決中美商務(wù)談判的沖突。Keywords:culturaldifferenceconf
