4、大鼠行為的影響.方法：49只SD大鼠隨機分為5組，睡眠剝奪+被動吸煙24h組（A），睡眠剝奪24h組（B），睡眠剝奪+被動吸煙54h組（C）.freel×30cm×40cm的鼠箱，其中有一直徑為25cm，高80cm的平臺，在平臺周邊注滿水，水溫保持在20℃左右，水面距平臺面約10cm.鼠在平臺上可自行飲食飲水.若其睡眠，則由于肌肉張力松弛而落入水中.在大鼠活動空間內持續(xù)40ilMedUniv,2002;22(10):888-890.［3］BradleyDY,ZhouJ,SmaginGN,etal.Sl
