2、g/L、50mg/L.藥物預(yù)處理2h后,孵育H2O2(140μmol/L)24h誘導(dǎo)過氧化損傷。TUNEL試劑盒檢測原位細胞凋亡,流式細胞儀檢測細胞內(nèi)活性氧水平以及細胞周期,ELISA檢測細胞內(nèi)Caspase-3蛋白含量。結(jié)果TUNEL細胞凋亡染色顯示,H2O2組與空白對照組比較染色明顯加深,而蜂膠黃酮組染色明顯變淺,說明蜂膠黃酮能對抗H2O2誘導(dǎo)細胞凋亡;周期結(jié)果顯示H2O2組處于G0/G1細胞明顯增多,而處于G2/M、S期細胞明顯減少,細胞增殖降低,而蜂膠黃酮增加S期細胞促進細胞增殖;與空白對照組相比H2O2組活性氧水平、細胞內(nèi)Caspase-3含量明顯增高,
