2、系進行了梳理，從指導思想、總體思路、具體步驟、指標權重設定等方面淺析如何構建科學、合理的績效考核指標體系。并以常州檢驗檢疫局單位績效考核為例，有效整合各種檢查考核方式，從基礎考核指標、年度重點工作考核指標、加分標準、下調(diào)和一票否決標準等方面來設定績效考核體系的指標，設計出一套適合基層檢驗檢疫機構科學、合理的績效考核指標體系。并指出了該考核指標體系運行過程中出現(xiàn)的問題，提出了相應的完善對策，以期進一步加強基層檢驗檢疫績效考核，促進檢驗檢疫事業(yè)的發(fā)展。關鍵詞：基層檢驗檢疫機構；績效考核指標體系；構建；完善；作者：羅霄指導教師：芮國強教授TheindexofGrassrootsEntry—-e
