2、系進(jìn)行了梳理，從指導(dǎo)思想、總體思路、具體步驟、指標(biāo)權(quán)重設(shè)定等方面淺析如何構(gòu)建科學(xué)、合理的績(jī)效考核指標(biāo)體系。并以常州檢驗(yàn)檢疫局單位績(jī)效考核為例，有效整合各種檢查考核方式，從基礎(chǔ)考核指標(biāo)、年度重點(diǎn)工作考核指標(biāo)、加分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、下調(diào)和一票否決標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等方面來(lái)設(shè)定績(jī)效考核體系的指標(biāo)，設(shè)計(jì)出一套適合基層檢驗(yàn)檢疫機(jī)構(gòu)科學(xué)、合理的績(jī)效考核指標(biāo)體系。并指出了該考核指標(biāo)體系運(yùn)行過程中出現(xiàn)的問題，提出了相應(yīng)的完善對(duì)策，以期進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)基層檢驗(yàn)檢疫績(jī)效考核，促進(jìn)檢驗(yàn)檢疫事業(yè)的發(fā)展。關(guān)鍵詞：基層檢驗(yàn)檢疫機(jī)構(gòu)；績(jī)效考核指標(biāo)體系；構(gòu)建；完善；作者：羅霄指導(dǎo)教師：芮國(guó)強(qiáng)教授TheindexofGrassrootsEntry—-e
