3、toclinicaltrials.Amongthese,strategiestargetingtheproductionandclearanceoftheamyloid-βpeptide—acardinalfeatureofAlzheimer’sdiseasethatisthoughttobeimportantindiseasepathogenesis—arethemostadvanced.Approachesaimedatmodulatingtheabnormalaggregationoftaufilaments(anotherkeyfeatureofthedisease),andt

4、hosetargetingmetabolicdysfunction,arealsobeingevaluatedintheclinic.Thisarticlediscussesrecentprogresswitheachofthesestrategies,withafocusonanti-amyloidstrategies,highlightingthelessonslearnedandthechallengesthatremain.Alzheimer’sdisease(AD)—themostcommonformofclinicalprogrammesarementionedinthec
