2、t,decreasingthelossofsolvent,anddevelopingthenewextractionprocess,havebeenthefocusesofoilindustrialtechnologyinnovation.Inthispaper,basedontheleachingrate,thequanlityofthecrudeoilandmeal,thedesolventizationofcrudeoilandmeal,theextractionconditionsoffivesolvents(玎-pentane,n-heptane,cyclohexane,e
3、thanolandisopropylalalcohol(IPA)),havebeenstudiedsystematicallyaroundthecentraltargetthatscreeninganewtypesolventforvegetableoilextraction.And,theextractionconditionsofn-pentanewereoptimized.Theproductionoflow-temperaturemealWasattemptted.Usingsixsolventstoextractthesoybeenoil,theextractioneffi
4、ciencyWasreflectedbytheresidualoilinmeal.Inagivencondition,theresidualoilinmeal.is:n-pentane(0.87%),n-heaxan(0.98%),以一heptane(1.33%),IPA(1.49%),ethanol(1.95%),cyclohexane(2.55%).Theresultshowedt11attheextractionefficiencyof刀-pentaneWassimilar、析廿lthatofn-hexane.Theoptimumconditionsfortheextracti
5、onofthesoyl:Ieflnflakesusingn-pentanewere:theflakesthickness0.23lmm,themoisturecontent6.63%,theextractingtimes3,theextractingtemperature26"C.Intheseconditions,theresidualoilinmealWas0.97%.Throughthequanlityanalysisofthecrudeoil,whichextractedatdifferenttemperature,thicknessofflakes,andthemoistu
6、reofflakes,theacidvalueandthephosphatidecontentofdifferentmiscellaswere:n-hexane(1.87mgKOH/g,3.54%),cyclohexane(2.39mgKOH/g,3.04%),n-pentane(3.84mgKOH/g,4.27%),n—heptane(3.53mgKOH/g,4.10%),ethanol(2.97mgKOH/g,3.94%),IPA(3.42mgKOH/g,4.52%).Thequanlityofmiscellawhichextractedwithn-pentaneWasbeRer
7、,andsimilartothequanlityofmiscellawhichextracted塒mcyclohexane.Desolventizingatgiventemperatureandvacuumdegree,whichWas78.47kPa,theresidualsolventinthemiscellaswere:n·pentane(6.77mg/Kg),n-hexane(11.30mg/Kg),n-heptane(35.02mg/Kg),cy
