1、觀賞南瓜病毒病抗性鑒定及抗源材料篩選摘要：以觀賞南瓜詁種迷彩果(CucurbitapepoL.var.kintogaMak.cv.Micaiguo)為研究對(duì)象，釆用苗期人工接種方法，研究了接種時(shí)期、接種量、培養(yǎng)溫度、接種方法等因素對(duì)觀賞南瓜病毒病發(fā)病情況的影響，確定觀賞南瓜病毒病苗期抗性鑒定的最適條件。結(jié)果表明，接種時(shí)期為1片真葉期、接種量為1mg/L.培養(yǎng)溫度為30°C、接種方法為汁液摩擦接種法時(shí)可獲得最高的病情指數(shù)，接種效果最佳；采用上述最佳接種條件對(duì)11個(gè)觀賞南瓜品種進(jìn)行了苗期病毒病抗性鑒定，篩選出了高抗品種太陽(yáng)果(C.pepovar.kintogacv.T

7、tantmaterials觀賞南瓜屬葫蘆科(Cucurbitaceae)南瓜屬(CucurbitaL.)一年生蔓生草本植物，是南瓜屬中一個(gè)特殊類群[1],主要包括3種植物，①中國(guó)南瓜(C.moschataDuch.exPoir),又名倭瓜；②印度南瓜(C.maximaDuch.),又名筍瓜;③美洲南瓜(C.pepoL.),又名西葫蘆;以美洲南瓜居多，所以觀賞南瓜的學(xué)名以CucurbitapepoL.var.kintogaMak.表述而多見(jiàn)。觀賞南瓜屬于栽培南瓜的變種，是以果實(shí)器官作為觀賞對(duì)象的，其果實(shí)大多色彩艷麗，有白、黃、橙、綠等多種顏色，同一果實(shí)其至還可表現(xiàn)出
