2、958,抗?jié)承暂^弱;浚單22,抗?jié)承暂^強(qiáng))為材料,設(shè)置正常供水、澇脅迫和澇脅迫十lmmol/L亞精胺3個(gè)處理,處理6d后取幼苗根測(cè)定其抗氧化代謝酶活性及膜質(zhì)過氧化產(chǎn)物含量?!窘Y(jié)果】澇脅迫下,兩個(gè)品種玉米幼苗根系抗氧化酶活性、幼苗相對(duì)干物質(zhì)增長(zhǎng)速率(I①wm)和根系活力均下降,相對(duì)電解質(zhì)滲漏率(RELR)、超氧陰離子(0f)產(chǎn)生速率和丙二醛(MDA)含量上升,且對(duì)抗?jié)承暂^弱的鄭單958影響較為明顯。施加亞精胺后,明顯提高了澇脅迫下抗?jié)承暂^弱的鄭單958幼苗根系的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、過氧化物酶(POD)、過氧化氫酶(CAT)和抗壞血酸氧化酶(APX)活性、RDWIR和根系活力,
3、降低TRELR、Ⅸ產(chǎn)生速率和MDA含量;與澇脅迫相比,其SOD、POD、CAT和APX活性、RDWIR和根系活力分別上升了46.4%、50.O%、96。0%、31.o%、33.5%和73.8%,而RELR、暉產(chǎn)生速率和MDA含量分別下降了28.4%、33.6%和19.4%。【結(jié)論】適當(dāng)濃度的亞精胺能通過提高玉米幼苗根系中抗氧化代謝酶活性來降低0f的產(chǎn)生速率和MDA積累量,緩解澇脅迫對(duì)玉米根系質(zhì)膜的傷害,從而提高玉米幼苗根系活力,促進(jìn)玉米幼苗生長(zhǎng)。關(guān)鍵詞:亞精胺;玉米幼苗;抗氧化酶;澇脅迫中圖分類號(hào):Q945.78文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號(hào):2095—1191(2015)01—0036
