8、地區(qū)榨季期間原料蔗在冬季和夏季不同月份的蔗糖分損失程度,為糖業(yè)生產(chǎn)提供參考?!痉椒ā繉κ斋@后的貯藏原料蔗進行3種處理:T-1,直接堆放,無任何遮蓋物,作為對照;T-2,貯藏期間灑水、并覆蓋一厚層蔗葉;T_3:用氯化苯甲烴銨(殺藻胺)+硅酸鈉溶液對堆放蔗莖進行處理后,覆蓋一厚層蔗葉。根據(jù)不同時間間隔的蔗莖品質(zhì)參數(shù)包括蔗汁轉(zhuǎn)光度、純度、轉(zhuǎn)化糖、酸性轉(zhuǎn)化酶和甘蔗蔗糖分(商品蔗糖,CCS)來估測貯藏蔗莖的蔗糖分損失。【結(jié)
