2、象,比較分析轉(zhuǎn)基因大豆對(duì)根際土壤酶活性和養(yǎng)分含量的影響。結(jié)果表明,在大豆成熟期時(shí),與常規(guī)大豆中黃13相比,M88、ZB根際土壤堿性磷酸酶活性、過(guò)氧化氫酶活性、速效磷含量無(wú)顯著差異,硝態(tài)氮含量顯著下降。根際土壤脲酶活性、銨態(tài)氮含量則表現(xiàn)不同,其變化隨大豆品種的不同而不同。相較于常規(guī)大豆中黃13,M88根際土壤脲酶活性和銨態(tài)氮含量無(wú)顯著差異;ZB根際土壤脲酶活性顯著下降,而銨態(tài)氮含量則顯著上升。關(guān)鍵詞:轉(zhuǎn)基因大豆;CP4epsps耐草甘膦基因;Btc~lAb抗蟲(chóng)基因;酶活性;氮含量中圖分類號(hào):$565.1文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1007—9084(20
