2、r,NSCIC)放射治療中的臨床應(yīng)用價值。方法將我院34例NSCIC患者隨機(jī)分成兩組,分別利用CT、PET—CT定位勾畫靶區(qū)后進(jìn)行放射治療,比較兩組患者照射靶區(qū)各個觀察指標(biāo)及放療療效。結(jié)果兩組GTV、肺V20、肺V30及心臟平均受量(MHD)共4個指標(biāo)經(jīng)秩轉(zhuǎn)換的非參數(shù)檢驗(yàn)后,其中GTV和MHD的P值分別為0.013、0.O11,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05),V20及V30的P值分別為0.836、0.301,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05);兩組患者有效率經(jīng)檢驗(yàn),x一7.566,P一0.006,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論對NSCIC患者進(jìn)行PET—CT定位放射治療,提
