2、物和PreS1，按照不同HBV_M模式對PreS1和HBV-DNA進行分析。結果在受檢的225例標本中，大三陽組中HBuDNA陽性率95，PreS1陽性率96．66，HBv_DNA和PreS1陽性率接近，組間比較差異無統計學意義(Y=0．00，P>0．05)；小三陽組中HBv_DNA陽性率5o．86，PreS1陽性率93．10，PreS1陽性率明顯高于HBv_DNA陽性率，組間比較差異有統計學意義(Y一51．32，P<0．01)；在HBsAg陽性中HBV—DNA陽性率66．32(126／190)，PreS1陽性率94．74(180／190)，高于HBV—DNA
