2、射線衍射儀(XRD)對(duì)沉積過程中CoSO添加濃度、陰極電流密度及脈沖頻率的變化對(duì)Ni—Co合金鍍層成分及微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的影響進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,并且測(cè)量了不同鈷含量鍍層的硬度值,分析了鍍層硬度變化的微觀機(jī)理.結(jié)果表明,CoS0添加濃度的增加及脈沖頻率的增加,會(huì)使鍍層中鈷含量增加;而陰極電流密度的增大,會(huì)使鍍層中鈷含量降低.增大鍍液中CoSO添加濃度、降低陰極電流密度和提高脈沖頻率有利于提高鍍層的平整度和致密性,但過高的脈沖頻率會(huì)使鍍層表面由最初的球狀晶簇群變?yōu)榉种п槧罹Т厝?;隨著鍍液中CoSO添加濃度的增加,鍍層微觀結(jié)構(gòu)由面心
