1、·150·中國(guó)疼痛醫(yī)學(xué)雜志ChineseJournalofPainMedicine2014,20(3doi:10.3969~.issn.1006-9852.2014.03.006神經(jīng)病理性疼痛脊髓背角GLT-1及GLAST表達(dá)的變化羅裕輝張德仁(廣東醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬南山醫(yī)院,深圳518052)摘要目的:觀察神經(jīng)病理性疼痛大鼠脊髓背角GLT-1及GLAST表達(dá)變化對(duì)疼痛的影響。方法:選取雄性SD大鼠80只隨機(jī)分為4組,A組=10)為k背根切斷假手術(shù)組,B組(7z=30)為k背根切斷組,c組(7z=10)為坐骨神經(jīng)周圍植管與藥

2、物溶劑組,D組=30)為坐骨神經(jīng)周圍植管與給藥組。通過(guò)機(jī)械刺激的行為學(xué)觀察確立病理性神經(jīng)痛形成過(guò)程,采用免疫組化進(jìn)行細(xì)胞定量。結(jié)果:A及C組膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞GLT-1及GLAST表達(dá)無(wú)變化。B、D組痛敏形成后脊髓背角膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞GLT-1及GLAST的胞內(nèi)外表達(dá)未發(fā)生改變;B及D組小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞GLAST術(shù)后4d表達(dá)增加至7d后逐漸下降,而星型膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞GLT-1術(shù)后6d表達(dá)明顯增加,直至14d仍持續(xù)增高。結(jié)論:脊髓背角膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞GLT-1及GLAST不存在胞吞現(xiàn)象,小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞參與啟動(dòng)病理性神經(jīng)痛但不維持其發(fā)展,星型膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞主要維持病理
