1、觀賞南瓜病毒病抗性鑒定和抗源材料篩選 摘要：以觀賞南瓜品種迷彩果（CucurbitapepoL.var.kintogaMak.cv.Micaiguo）為研究對(duì)象，采用苗期人工接種方法，研究了接種時(shí)期、接種量、培養(yǎng)溫度、接種方法等因素對(duì)觀賞南瓜病毒病發(fā)病情況的影響，確定觀賞南瓜病毒病苗期抗性鑒定的最適條件。結(jié)果表明，接種時(shí)期為1片真葉期、接種量為1mg/L、培養(yǎng)溫度為30℃、接種方法為汁液摩擦接種法時(shí)可獲得最高的病情指數(shù)，接種效果最佳；采用上述最佳接種條件對(duì)11個(gè)觀賞南瓜品種進(jìn)行了苗期病毒病抗性鑒定，篩選出了高
