1、觀賞南瓜病毒病抗性鑒定和抗源材料篩選 摘要:以觀賞南瓜品種迷彩果(CucurbitapepoL.var.kintogaMak.cv.Micaiguo)為研究對(duì)象,采用苗期人工接種方法,研究了接種時(shí)期、接種量、培養(yǎng)溫度、接種方法等因素對(duì)觀賞南瓜病毒病發(fā)病情況的影響,確定觀賞南瓜病毒病苗期抗性鑒定的最適條件。結(jié)果表明,接種時(shí)期為1片真葉期、接種量為1mg/L、培養(yǎng)溫度為30℃、接種方法為汁液摩擦接種法時(shí)可獲得最高的病情指數(shù),接種效果最佳;采用上述最佳接種條件對(duì)11個(gè)觀賞南瓜品種進(jìn)行了苗期病毒病抗性鑒定,篩選出了高

8、.moschataDuch.exPoir),又名倭瓜;②印度南瓜(C.maximaDuch.),又名筍瓜;③美洲南瓜(C.pepoL.),又名西葫蘆;以美洲南瓜居多,所以觀賞南瓜的學(xué)名以CucurbitapepoL.var.kintoga11Mak.表述而多見。觀賞南瓜屬于栽培南瓜的變種,是以果實(shí)器官作為觀賞對(duì)象的,其果實(shí)大多色彩艷麗,有白、黃、橙、綠等多種顏色,同一果實(shí)甚至還可表現(xiàn)出
