2、良率之關(guān)鍵要素，對改善項目提出方案並試行，且進(jìn)一步評估試行績效，確認(rèn)最佳製程條件並決定管制方式。唯有建構(gòu)出一套優(yōu)質(zhì)的製程技術(shù)提昇管理體系，才能增加公司企業(yè)的競爭力，使其不斷的創(chuàng)新與進(jìn)步，幫助企業(yè)達(dá)到成功不墜的核心競爭優(yōu)勢?！笇?shí)驗設(shè)計」（DesignofExperiments,DOE）不僅能增加產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)，更是一套全方位的企業(yè)持續(xù)改善方法，追求百分之百正確執(zhí)行任務(wù)，不僅可以激發(fā)員工主動尋找全面性的改善方法，為企業(yè)提昇產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)及提高企業(yè)的獲利與聲譽(yù)，準(zhǔn)確的將品質(zhì)概念落實(shí)於整個企業(yè)。當(dāng)企業(yè)在推行品質(zhì)改善團(tuán)隊（QualityImprovemen
