1、清洗外陰致陰莖燙傷被誤診5例【摘要】目的:避免陰莖燙傷誤診。我院門診近3年來共接診陰莖燙傷后被誤診患者5例,均為清洗外陰時(shí)因水溫過高而致傷,全部患者自己都不以為是燙傷,經(jīng)醫(yī)生再三追問時(shí)才被發(fā)現(xiàn)。方法:用抗感染加局部外用燒傷膏給予治療。結(jié)果:全部治愈,但使病人精神等方面受到了很大的影響。結(jié)論:陰莖燙傷被誤診這一現(xiàn)象必須引起我們臨床醫(yī)師們的高度重視,如在臨床發(fā)現(xiàn)陰莖紅腫疼痛者,一定要追問患者在清洗外陰時(shí)是否水溫過高,并應(yīng)想到有被熱水燙傷的可能,同時(shí)一定要叮囑患者清洗外陰或用洗劑時(shí)水溫不可過高。【關(guān)鍵詞】清洗外陰;陰莖燙傷;誤診Misdiagnose
