3、.Whataresoftskills?NotnormallyfoundonaCV,soft,orsocialskillsarethosepersonalvaluesandinterpersonalskillsthatdetermineaperson’’sabilitytofitintoaparticularstructure,suchasaprojectteam,arockgroup,oracompany.Theskillsincludepersonalitytraitslikeemotionalmaturity,eagerness
4、tolearn,andwillingnesstoshareandembracenewideas.Asregardsthefutureofwork,softskillsarefastbecomingthedealbreakerinmanyoftoday’’shiringdecisions.Executives,afterall,arerarelymeasuredaccordingtohowwelltheycanre-iteratethetechnicalspecificationsoftheirproductsandservices,
