1、學(xué)會溝通加強(qiáng)互動葉建中：教科室主任幾天前，學(xué)校組織老師們聽了余世維博士的《打造高績效團(tuán)隊(duì)》DV非互動講座。現(xiàn)結(jié)合工作談兩點(diǎn)感受。一、學(xué)會溝通，利于團(tuán)結(jié)首先，學(xué)會溝通交流，自覺維護(hù)團(tuán)結(jié)，是加強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的重要保證。顧名思義，團(tuán)隊(duì)，是團(tuán)結(jié)的隊(duì)伍。沒有團(tuán)結(jié)，加強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)只能是紙上談兵。千年修得同船渡，萬年修得同室坐。能在同一辦公室共事確實(shí)是緣分。由于性別差異、性格差異、情緒差異、工作思路差異等因素，在工作中難免發(fā)生爭論和摩擦，甚至出現(xiàn)暫時(shí)的不快。一旦出現(xiàn)這種情況，首先要進(jìn)行換位思考，學(xué)會站在對方的位置上思考問題，體諒對方當(dāng)時(shí)的心境和難處，反省自身存在的不足和問題，把雙方的矛盾和問題想得簡單
2、化，避免復(fù)雜化，力爭大事化小、小事化了。堅(jiān)決避免無事生非、上綱上線，芝麻小事演變成矛盾糾紛。其次，主動溝通。溝通交流是消除矛盾隔閡的有效辦法，要敢于放下架子，主動找別人談心、解釋情況，直至主動道歉也無妨。第三，平時(shí)要嚴(yán)以律己，寬以待人。在工作中，都要嚴(yán)格以職業(yè)操守要求自己，經(jīng)常提醒自己扎扎實(shí)實(shí)做事、認(rèn)認(rèn)真真做人。予人玫瑰，手留余香。對待同事要常存關(guān)愛、寬容之心，做到真誠待人、寬厚待人、以理服人，不興風(fēng)作浪，混淆視聽。有委屈一笑而過，遭報(bào)復(fù)一覺而過，以自己的實(shí)際言行贏得室友們的尊重。二、加強(qiáng)互動，協(xié)作支持constructionandsafety,security,fireprote
