1、我國冷鏈物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與對(duì)策研究年級(jí)：2012級(jí)學(xué)號(hào)：120540132姓名：高升專業(yè)：工業(yè)工程二零一五年六月摘要摘要:冷鏈物流是以保持低溫環(huán)境為核心要求的供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)，是隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步以及制冷技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展而發(fā)展起來的，是以冷凍工藝學(xué)為基礎(chǔ)、以制冷技術(shù)為手段的低溫物流過程。冷鏈物流的發(fā)展不僅受國際宏觀環(huán)境的影響，也受國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制等自身因素的制約，隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展以及人民生活水平的提高，我國冷鏈物流需求增幅加快，冷鏈物流過程逐步規(guī)范，冷鏈物流企業(yè)逐步發(fā)展，冷鏈物流信息技術(shù)水平不斷提高。但仍然存在許多問題，冷鏈經(jīng)營主體出現(xiàn)問題，冷鏈設(shè)施不完善，食品冷鏈物流發(fā)展滯后，冷鏈物流缺乏上卜游的整體規(guī)劃與
2、整合。為推動(dòng)我國冷鏈物流持續(xù)、快速、健康發(fā)展，應(yīng)加快推進(jìn)冷鏈物流保障體系建設(shè)，制定規(guī)范的冷鏈物流產(chǎn)業(yè)政策;建立冷鏈物流安全監(jiān)控信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái);制定專業(yè)冷鏈物流人才培養(yǎng)政策，以推動(dòng)冷鏈基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)，逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)冷鏈物流封閉化運(yùn)作.形成完整的冷鏈物流系統(tǒng)。關(guān)鍵詞：冷鏈物流冷鏈物流建設(shè)SWOT分析AbstractAbstract:coldchainlogisticsistomaintainalowtemperatureenvironmentasthecorerequirementsofthesupplychainsystem,isdevelopedwiththerapiddevelopmentofsci
