1、機(jī)械刻劃論文:延伸角錐刀刻劃衍射光柵槽形控制研究【中文摘要】機(jī)械刻劃光柵過程是一個(gè)十分復(fù)雜的過程,是由超精密金剛石刻劃刀在鍍有鋁膜的玻璃、紫銅、無氧銅或不銹鋼等毛坯上進(jìn)行擠壓、拋光,使鍍膜材料發(fā)生彈塑性變形從而形成槽形的過程。本文針對(duì)中階梯光柵的機(jī)械刻劃要求,通過金屬塑性變形力學(xué)理論及有限元理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行延伸角錐刀刻劃光柵槽形形成機(jī)理及刀具工藝研究,建立延伸角錐刀刀具下壓過程的滑移線場(chǎng)、速度場(chǎng)及刻劃過程的彈塑性力學(xué)模型,為分析光柵刻劃成槽機(jī)理提供理論基礎(chǔ);通過納米壓痕試驗(yàn)測(cè)試光柵鋁膜的彈性屬性,為有限元仿真提供依據(jù);同時(shí)利用DEFROM-3D有
2、限元仿真軟件對(duì)刻劃工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行全面優(yōu)化,通過正交試驗(yàn)分析參數(shù)的最優(yōu)組合及最優(yōu)選取范圍,提出能獲得精確槽形的光柵機(jī)械刻劃工藝?yán)碚?從而獲得更好的槽形質(zhì)量,通過比較模擬結(jié)果和理論槽形可得到計(jì)算機(jī)模擬仿真的可行性;分析鋁膜材料的塑性流動(dòng)規(guī)律、等效應(yīng)力及應(yīng)變的分布,為此類金剛石刻劃刀定向及研制提供依據(jù)。【英文摘要】Mechanicalruledgratingprocessisaverycomplexprocess,bysupernaturalprecisiondiamondengravedgraverinathoriumaluminumofglass
