1、對中國利率市場化問題的思考提要:隨著我國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的迅速蔓延，我國現(xiàn)有的管制利率在經(jīng)濟(jì)金融領(lǐng)域內(nèi)所表現(xiàn)出的種種弊端日益突出，放松利率管制，實行利率市場化的迫切性日益增強。本文通過回顧我國利率政策發(fā)展演變過程，分析現(xiàn)行利率管理體制中存在的問題，借鑒其他國家利率市場化經(jīng)驗，就利率市場化的必要性和充分性進(jìn)行論證分析。分析表明，雖然我國已初步具備了利率市場化的基本條件，但當(dāng)前推進(jìn)利率市場化改革還存在一些難點。通過一些相關(guān)配套政策措施的實施和完善，我國逐步推進(jìn)利率市場化改革的時機基本成熟。我國利率市場化改革應(yīng)采取漸進(jìn)的方式，遵循先外幣、后本幣，先批發(fā)、后零售
