2、、電動式空壓機等。其中螺旋式空壓機在現(xiàn)代化大中型船舶上得到廣泛應用。但由于操縱或保養(yǎng)不當,在日常運行中,空壓機常會出現(xiàn)各種故障,這時需要根據(jù)各系統(tǒng)的原理和自身經(jīng)驗,對各個元件的結構和性能進行仔細地分析研究,并結合實際因素,才能迅速找出故障原因并及時排除。本文主要分析了空壓機的機構組成、類型、系統(tǒng)工作原理以及常見故障原因,對有關空壓機的檢驗及管理方法進行了深入探討,通過查找相關資料以及咨詢老師后進行了系統(tǒng)的歸納與總結,認為唯有進一步提高空壓機操縱人員發(fā)現(xiàn)故障和解決故障的能力才能有效的提高空壓機工作效率,為日后船舶的安全行駛提供有力
