1、Axin蛋白表達與肝細胞癌發(fā)生及預后關系的研究作者：董承偉 曾勇 丁怡 莊冠一 李森【摘要】目的：明確Axin蛋白在正常肝組織、肝細胞癌組織、癌旁組織中的表達，探討Axin蛋白表達與肝細胞癌的發(fā)生及與預后影響因素間的關系。方法：采用免疫組織化學方法(SABC法)檢測正常肝組織(15例)、肝細胞癌組織(40例)及其癌旁組織(21例)中Axin蛋白的表達及定位。結果：正常肝組織、肝細胞癌組織及癌旁組織中均有Axin蛋白表達，其陽性表達率分別為92.9%、57.5%和90.5%。Axin蛋白表達于陽性細胞胞質(zhì)中;正常肝組織與癌旁組織中Axin蛋白的表達差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P>0.05);正常
2、肝組織和癌旁組織中Axin蛋白表達與癌組織比較，差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05);Axin的表達與肝細胞癌患者性別、年齡、腫瘤大小、AFP表達水平無關(P>0.05)，而與臨床病理分期、門靜脈癌栓形成相關(P<0.05)。結論：Axin蛋白表達減弱可能參與肝細胞癌的發(fā)生;Axin蛋白表達水平可作為肝細胞癌患者診斷和預后判斷的一項指標。【關鍵詞】癌，肝細胞·Axin蛋白·免疫組織化學 【ABSTRACT】Objective:TodetecttheexpressionanddistributionofAxininthenormallivertissue,9paracarc

5、ofpositivecellweremainlydistributedinthecytoplasm.NosignificantdifferenceintheexpressionofAxinwasfoundbetweennormallivertissuesandparacarcinomatoustissue(P>0.05),butnotbetweentheparacarcinomatoustissueandHCC(P<0.05).Axinproteinexpressionwerenotrelatedtoage,sex,tumorsizeandtheexpressionofAFP,
6、butweresignificantlycorrelatedwithportalveininvasionandclinicalpathologicalstage.Innormalstomachtissue,theexpressionofAxinisstronginthestemcellsandweakinthematurecells.Butitsexpressioninnormallivertissueiswell-proportioned.Conclusion：Axinexpressesmainly9inthestem-cells,anditsexpressionisimportantt
