2、差異(P＜0.01)；integrinα5β1淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移組與未轉(zhuǎn)移組間表達(dá)有顯著差異(P＜0.01)。②定量檢測結(jié)果：integrinα5β1表達(dá)的陽性細(xì)胞面積按良性、交界性、惡性的順序呈遞減趨勢，灰度呈遞增趨勢。結(jié)論：integrinα5β1的表達(dá)與腫瘤的侵襲、轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)；integrinα5β1表達(dá)下降或缺失，提示腫瘤進(jìn)展，惡性度高，預(yù)后不良；計(jì)算機(jī)圖像分析系統(tǒng)為卵巢上皮性腫瘤的自動(dòng)化診斷、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移及預(yù)后評估有重要意義?！ ￡P(guān)鍵詞卵巢上皮性腫瘤；integrinα5β91；淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移；免疫組化 Abs
