2、動(dòng)力汽車,能減少一定的燃油消耗,但是并不能徹底實(shí)現(xiàn)燃油替代。而電動(dòng)汽車實(shí)現(xiàn)了零油耗,零排放,但是續(xù)駛里程較短。因此,結(jié)合了兩者優(yōu)點(diǎn),可通過外部電網(wǎng)充電的插電式混合動(dòng)力汽車(Plug-inHybridElectricVehicle,以下簡(jiǎn)稱P-HEV)成為了研究的熱點(diǎn)。本文根據(jù)P-HEV技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展趨勢(shì),以滿足整車動(dòng)力性能和提高整車經(jīng)濟(jì)性能為目標(biāo),設(shè)計(jì)適合于城市工況的P-HEV客車動(dòng)力系統(tǒng),并設(shè)計(jì)適用于該客車的控制策略。本文首先進(jìn)行P-HEV客車動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵部件設(shè)計(jì),包括發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)、電動(dòng)機(jī)、電池的選型與參數(shù)匹
3、配,并在AVLCRUISE軟件中構(gòu)建P-HEV客車的整車模型。通過分析車輛在各個(gè)工作模式下的能量流動(dòng),針對(duì)P-HEV客車的特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)基于規(guī)則的邏輯門限值的控制策略,在MATLAB/SIMULINK中建立P-HEV客車動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)控制策略的仿真模型。最后通過CRUISE與MATLAB/SIMULINK的聯(lián)合仿真,檢驗(yàn)控制策略的效果。仿真結(jié)果表明,本文設(shè)計(jì)的P-HEV客車,在滿足動(dòng)力性要求的基礎(chǔ)上,能量消耗明顯下降,尾氣排放明顯減少,達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)。關(guān)鍵字:插電式混合動(dòng)力;動(dòng)力系統(tǒng);控制策略;CRUISE仿真;燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性
