5、aCountypartyCommitteeSecretaryandrecorderoftheCountypartyCommitteeSecretary,Ministersand引言該培訓(xùn)調(diào)查主要是對(duì)本院各專業(yè)學(xué)生的培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀和培訓(xùn)需求進(jìn)行了調(diào)查。為了有效提高培訓(xùn)調(diào)查的針對(duì)性及可信度,本次培訓(xùn)需求調(diào)查采用一對(duì)一訪談?wù){(diào)查的方式進(jìn)行。對(duì)5位不同專業(yè)同學(xué)進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)需求調(diào)研是為了了解我院的校園培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)現(xiàn)有校園培訓(xùn)工作進(jìn)行較為合理的調(diào)查與評(píng)估,對(duì)就業(yè)情況、專業(yè)對(duì)應(yīng)的崗位要求等有了清楚的了解后,才能提出相應(yīng)的

8、訓(xùn)需求調(diào)查概況1.1訪談問卷及訪談對(duì)象為了有效的提高調(diào)查的針對(duì)性及可信度,特設(shè)置了《培訓(xùn)需求訪談?wù){(diào)查表》和一對(duì)一訪談兩種方式,欲多專業(yè)、多渠道的獲取各崗位的培訓(xùn)需求和信息,經(jīng)過數(shù)據(jù)整理分析,基本能反應(yīng)客觀事實(shí)和大部分同學(xué)對(duì)培訓(xùn)的評(píng)價(jià)和期望。此次訪談對(duì)象分別來自國際貿(mào)易專業(yè),財(cái)務(wù)管理,營銷專業(yè),會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè),金融專業(yè)。訪談氛圍融洽和諧,訪談?wù)咭埠芘浜稀?.2訪談問卷結(jié)構(gòu)與內(nèi)容訪談問卷結(jié)構(gòu)分為三個(gè)部分,第一部分為就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查,主題圍繞“就業(yè)發(fā)展方向”、“就業(yè)崗位的要求”以及“自己在就業(yè)中有哪些欠缺”進(jìn)行
