2、tomissedfatal,whennightcame第7頁【摘要】目的：觀察重癥急性胰腺炎(severeacutepancreatitis，SAP)患者腸內(nèi)營養(yǎng)(EN)與腸外營養(yǎng)(TPN)支持對機(jī)體的影響。方法：將60例SAP患者隨機(jī)分為腸內(nèi)營養(yǎng)支持組和腸外營養(yǎng)支持組各30例，觀察兩組患者腹脹緩解時(shí)間、體溫恢復(fù)時(shí)間、平均住院天數(shù)及患者血清清蛋白的改善情況。結(jié)果：兩組患者腹脹緩解時(shí)間，體溫恢復(fù)時(shí)間，平均住院天數(shù)及患者的血清清蛋白的改善情況，EN患者的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均優(yōu)于TPN，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P＜0.05)。結(jié)論：SAP患者行早期EN支持符合生理狀
