1、烏司他丁對體外循環(huán)中內(nèi)皮細胞的保護作用作者：姜曉芬，池勝英，金烈烈，孫成超，繆劍霞【關(guān)鍵詞】烏司他丁摘要：目的評價烏司他丁對體外循環(huán)(CPB)中內(nèi)皮細胞的保護作用。方法 擇期21例先心病心內(nèi)畸形矯治術(shù)患者，隨機分成對照組（A組,n=7）；抑肽酶組（B組,n=7），給予抑肽酶500萬U，CPB前給予1/2量，余加入預充液；烏司他丁組（C組,n=7），給予烏司他丁2萬U/kg，1/3量用于CPB前，1/3加入預充液，另1/3復溫時給予。于麻醉后CPB前(T1)、CPB30min(T2)、停CPB(T3)、停CPB后3h(T4)、24h(T5)、72h(T
2、6)采集靜脈血，觀察患者血漿中血管性假血友病因子(vonWillebrandFactor,vWF)和內(nèi)皮素-1在該過程中的變化。結(jié)果vWF三組變化趨勢一致，T2已開始上升，與T1相比，對照組有非常顯著性差異（P<0.01），抑肽酶組與烏司他丁組有顯著性差異（P<0.05）；T3、T4、T5、T6與T1相比，三組都有非常顯著性差異（P<0.01）。B組與C組上升幅度較小些，T2與T3兩時間點，A組與B組、C組比較差異有顯著性（P<0.01與P<0.05）。CPB時ET-1有增高趨勢，A組T2已明顯上升，CPB后3h達高峰，
