1、內(nèi)蒙古師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文中文摘要中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入新時(shí)代，經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)從數(shù)量型向質(zhì)量型轉(zhuǎn)變是經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)必經(jīng)的過程。十九大報(bào)告指出，推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，必須堅(jiān)持質(zhì)量第一、效益優(yōu)先原則，推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)質(zhì)量變革、效率變革和動(dòng)力變革。內(nèi)蒙古作為資源型區(qū)域，煤炭資源的開發(fā)和涉煤行業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來了經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長(zhǎng)，2002-2009年內(nèi)蒙古經(jīng)濟(jì)增速連續(xù)8年在全國(guó)保持第一。但同時(shí)也帶來了生態(tài)環(huán)境的嚴(yán)重破壞、經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)失調(diào)等問題。要保持內(nèi)蒙古經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)健康的增長(zhǎng)，就要在繼續(xù)推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)中高速增長(zhǎng)的基礎(chǔ)上，提升經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)質(zhì)量和效益。那么，探求內(nèi)蒙古經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)質(zhì)量提升的路徑
2、是需要深入研究的重要課題。論文在系統(tǒng)梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)質(zhì)量的概念進(jìn)行界定。并以經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論為理論基礎(chǔ)，通過構(gòu)建包含經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)穩(wěn)定性、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)福利分配變化、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)資源利用與環(huán)境代價(jià)四個(gè)維度的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)質(zhì)量指標(biāo)體系，利用SPSS進(jìn)行主成分分析，對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)質(zhì)量指數(shù)進(jìn)行測(cè)算，并與其他資源型省份經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果顯示，從縱向時(shí)間序列比較來看，2000年-2012年內(nèi)蒙古經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)質(zhì)量逐年下降，2013年以后呈現(xiàn)平緩上升趨勢(shì)。在2000年-2012年期間，從橫向比較來看，內(nèi)蒙古師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論
