8、量和中間產(chǎn)物,而且還具有信號(hào)功能,可通過(guò)多條途徑在不同水平上調(diào)節(jié)糖代謝相關(guān)酶的基因表達(dá)和酶活性變化[2-3]。山梨醇作為蘋果光合同化產(chǎn)物的主要輸出和運(yùn)輸形式[1,4],在蘋果果實(shí)內(nèi)可被迅速轉(zhuǎn)化[4]。山梨醇脫氫酶(SDH)和山梨醇氧化酶(SOX)是參與山梨醇代謝的關(guān)鍵酶,其中SDH將山梨醇還原成果糖,SOX將山梨醇氧化成葡萄糖[4-6]。發(fā)育過(guò)程中,蘋果果實(shí)SDH和SOX活性變化與可溶性糖含量間的關(guān)
