1、毗柔比星膀胱灌注化療飲水時機的探討黃英向軍蓮劉玲四川省德陽市人民醫(yī)院四川德陽618000【摘要】目的:探討毗柔比星(THP)膀胱灌注化療飲水的最佳時機。方法:選取膀胱腫瘤患者70例,隨機分為觀察組組和對照組,每組各35例。2組患者均在術后首次常規(guī)行THP30mg加生理鹽水50mL膀胱灌注,對照組按傳統(tǒng)方法在灌注前4小時禁水,灌注前排空膀胱,藥物在膀胱內保留30min排除后再大量飲水。觀察組在灌注前4小時禁水,灌注前排空膀胱,灌注后立即飲水200ml,藥物在膀胱內保留30min排出后繼續(xù)大量飲水。比較兩組膀胱灌注
2、化療后局部并發(fā)癥及2年復發(fā)率。結果:觀察組膀胱灌注化療藥物后尿道刺激癥狀明顯減少、差別有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<O.05>。隨訪2年,對照組隨訪33例,復發(fā)4例;觀察組隨訪34例,復發(fā)5例,經比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P〉0.05)。結論:THP膀胱灌注選擇最佳的飲水時機能減輕化療藥物對尿道粘膜的刺激,且不影響化療效果?!娟P鍵詞】膀胱灌注;毗柔比星;尿道刺激;飲水時機【中圖分類號】R737.14【文獻標識碼】B【文章編號】1764-8999(2015)7-0508-02Pirarubicinintravesical
