1、福建師范人學(xué)法學(xué)碩十學(xué)位論文摘要近幾年來，農(nóng)民增收減緩，甚至增產(chǎn)不增收，這不僅擴(kuò)大了城鄉(xiāng)差距，而且激化了城鄉(xiāng)矛盾，威脅到了社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定與和諧，從而制約了整個(gè)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。因此，必須盡快扭轉(zhuǎn)城鄉(xiāng)差距日益擴(kuò)大的趨勢(shì)，千方百計(jì)保障農(nóng)民增收，實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)民增收的可持續(xù)性。當(dāng)前黨中央國務(wù)院提出了構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的宏偉目標(biāo)，使得，解決“重中之重的農(nóng)民增收問題”更加凸顯，更加急迫，更加重要。構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)是一項(xiàng)十分浩大而復(fù)雜的社會(huì)系統(tǒng)工程，但不管怎樣浩大和復(fù)雜都離不開農(nóng)民的增收和保持農(nóng)民的增收為前提，否則構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)就只能是一句空話，這是由我國的國情決定的。因此，力求通過研究農(nóng)民增收與構(gòu)建社會(huì)主
