1、間歇低氧運動對肥胖大鼠食欲影響及其機制研究摘要:探討間歇低氧運動對營養(yǎng)性肥胖SD大鼠攝食的影響并分析其可能機制,為間歇低氧減肥提供理論依據(jù)。為此,通過對雄性SD大鼠飼喂高脂飼料建立營養(yǎng)性肥胖模型,然后進行為期4周的間歇低氧運動(運動速度為20m/min,(02)前2周為15.4°/。,后2周為14.5°/。)。間歇低氧運動組進行4周間歇低氧運動刺激。結果發(fā)現(xiàn):與常氧安靜組相比,常氧運動組和間歇低氧運動組肥胖SD大鼠下丘腦瘦素和瘦素受體含量增加(常氧運動組P<0.05,間歇低氧運動組P〈0.01),大鼠的每日攝食量減少。與常氧運動組相比,間歇低氧運動組肥胖SD大鼠下丘腦瘦素和瘦素
