3、······················································································28個人簡歷··········································································································29中文摘要神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)瘤靶向治療的研究進(jìn)展摘要目的:總結(jié)神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)瘤靶向治療的研究進(jìn)展內(nèi)容:神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)瘤自發(fā)現(xiàn)已有百余年,但是惡性神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)瘤目前仍不能治愈,且中位無進(jìn)展生存期(MPFS
4、)及中位總生存期(MOS)都較短。隨著科研發(fā)展,多條信號通路已被發(fā)現(xiàn),一些新興靶向抗腫瘤藥物應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,給神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)瘤的醫(yī)治帶來了新希望。本研究通過查閱前人的發(fā)現(xiàn)及最新臨床試驗(yàn)進(jìn)展,總結(jié)神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)瘤的信號通路及相對信號通路的靶向藥物,分析神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)瘤信號通路之間是否存在相關(guān)性,為臨床醫(yī)治膠質(zhì)瘤提供一定的指導(dǎo)作用。結(jié)果:使用萬方數(shù)據(jù)知識服務(wù)平臺、中國知網(wǎng)、Pubmed等網(wǎng)站查閱近5年國內(nèi)外期刊、學(xué)位論文、著作等,總結(jié)分析神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)瘤信號通路的新發(fā)現(xiàn)、新進(jìn)展。結(jié)論:盡管神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)瘤仍然被人們稱為是不可治愈的疾病,但是目前的靶向治療確實(shí)使患者的中位無進(jìn)展生存期及中位總生存期延長了,它也
