1、出租幵發(fā)房產(chǎn)所得稅收可籌劃《國家稅務總局關于房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有關信勝，魯玉來【摘要】目的觀察兩種手術方法治療同側股骨干、股骨頸骨折的療效。方法對我院1998年6月?XX年6月收治的35例同側股骨干、股骨頸骨折的患者進行手術治療。年齡25?63歲，平均40歲。8例開放性骨折為GustiloII型。20例患者有合并損傷，10例患者累及同側髕骨。股骨頸骨折按照Garden分型，II型20例，111型11例，IV型4例。股骨干骨折按照Winquist分類I°5例，11°10例，111°7例，IV°13例。21例患者使用股骨重建釘，14例患者使用空
2、心加壓螺釘聯(lián)合逆行股骨交鎖髓內釘。結果全部病例隨訪10?32個月，平均19個月，均獲得一期骨性愈合。平均愈合時間分別為：空心加壓螺釘聯(lián)合逆行股骨交鎖髓內釘組：股骨頸12周（10?18周），股骨干16周（12?20周），一期愈合率93%；股骨重建釘組：股骨頸10周（8?12周），股骨干14周（12?18周），一期愈合率96%。遠期療效，按馬元璋評定標準：優(yōu)、良率分別為％、％。結論空心加壓螺釘聯(lián)合逆行股骨交鎖髓內釘和股骨重建釘治療同側股骨干、股骨頸骨折均可獲得滿意療效，但股骨重建釘是目前治療同側股骨干、股骨頸骨折的理想方法?！娟P鍵詞】股
