1、回顧性分析小兒護(hù)理工作中肢體語(yǔ)言溝通中的臨床應(yīng)用效果武漢市黃陂區(qū)屮醫(yī)院兒科湖北武漢430300【摘要】目的:探討并研究在小兒護(hù)理屮進(jìn)行肢體語(yǔ)言溝通的臨床療效觀察。方法:選擇在一段時(shí)間N入住我院接受治療的80例患者作為研究對(duì)象。將其臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析,并分成觀察組和對(duì)照組兩組,每組各40例。對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)護(hù)理方式,觀察組在常規(guī)護(hù)理的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行護(hù)理人員與患兒的肢體語(yǔ)言溝通,以不同的護(hù)理手段及結(jié)果對(duì)兩組患兒的臨床護(hù)理滿意度評(píng)分、護(hù)理前后醫(yī)囑接受情況進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果:觀察組患兒較對(duì)照組在滿意度評(píng)分、醫(yī)囑接受程度均明顯高于對(duì)照組,兩組具有顯著差異(P<0.05),具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;結(jié)論:在小兒

7、,基于幼兒特殊的生理發(fā)展,常規(guī)的護(hù)理方法在實(shí)施過(guò)程中很難得到很好的效果,幼兒經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)對(duì)醫(yī)囑的抗拒甚至是不配合醫(yī)護(hù)人員的治療,然而隨著現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展,小兒護(hù)理工作得到了改善,在常規(guī)護(hù)理的過(guò)程中引入肢體語(yǔ)言溝通,使患兒在治療過(guò)程中能夠在心理上對(duì)護(hù)理行為得到認(rèn)同,大大提高了臨床護(hù)理效果。1臨床資料及方法選取小兒患者80例,年齡在1周歲-2周歲之間,隨機(jī)分成年齡、病癥和性別等-般資料無(wú)顯著差異(P<
