6、···························39個人簡歷························································································40中中中文文文文摘摘摘摘要要要要癲癇患者認知功能損害的特點、、影響因素及其與血清、影響因素及其與血清IGF-1水平的相關性研究摘要目的:探討癲癇患者認知功能水平及其損害的特點,分析認知功能的影響因素,及其與血清胰島素樣生長因子-I(IGF-1)水平的相關性。方法:本研究記錄癲癇患者臨床資料、抗癲癇藥物(AEDs)使用情況及腦電圖結果等,采
7、用蒙特利爾認知評估量表(MoCA)對50例癲癇患者及30例健康者進行認知功能評定,采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(ELISA)檢測血清IGF-1表達水平。結果:1.癲癇患者MoCA總分、視空間執(zhí)行、命名、記憶、注意力、語言、定向力得分、血清IGF-1表達水平均低于對照組(P<0.05)。2.不同教育程度、腦電圖異常情況的癲癇患者MoCA評分差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。教育水平越高,認知評分越高;腦電圖存在癲癇樣異常放電,認知評分低。3.癲癇患者MoCA評分與病程呈負相關(P<0.05),與血清I
