1、一次性包皮吻合器行包皮環(huán)切術(shù)和傳統(tǒng)包皮環(huán)切術(shù)臨床療效比較【摘要】目的探討一次性包皮吻合器行包皮環(huán)切術(shù)與傳統(tǒng)包皮環(huán)切術(shù)臨床療效差異，為臨床應(yīng)用提供參考依據(jù)。方法450例包莖患者，隨機(jī)分為研宄組和對(duì)照組。研宄組給予一次性包皮吻合器行包皮環(huán)切術(shù)；對(duì)照組采用令魍嘲令皮環(huán)切術(shù)。比較兩組手術(shù)基本情況及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果研究組手術(shù)時(shí)間為min、術(shù)中出血量為ml、術(shù)后疼痛評(píng)分為分、愈合時(shí)間為d，均顯著低于對(duì)照組的min、ml、分、d，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。研宄組患者中僅發(fā)生2例切口裂開、1例血腫，并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率為1%，對(duì)
