1、卡前列素氨丁三醇在中央型前置胎盤剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)中的應(yīng)用時(shí)機(jī)探討屮南大學(xué)湘雅二醫(yī)院湖南長沙410007【摘要】目的：探討卡前列素氨丁三醇在屮央性前置胎盤孕婦剖宮產(chǎn)時(shí)的應(yīng)用時(shí)機(jī)以及對患者術(shù)后影響。方法：選取有剖宮產(chǎn)指征且術(shù)屮診斷為屮央型前置胎盤62例，隨機(jī)分為觀察組和常規(guī)組，各31例，觀察組患者在胎兒娩出后立即給予卡前列素氨丁三醇聯(lián)合縮宮素進(jìn)行治療，常規(guī)組在胎兒娩出后應(yīng)用縮宮素進(jìn)行治療，在出血超過300ml后才加用卡前列素氨丁三醇進(jìn)行治療，對比兩組治療效果。結(jié)果:①觀察組術(shù)屮出血量與24小時(shí)總出血量明顯低于常規(guī)組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);總住
