3、fthepatientsdidn’tdieatthetimeofadmission,andthecontentofserumFGF21canaccuratelydetect.SerumFGF21levelofthepatientswithacutemyocardialinfarctionincreasedsignificantly,thendecreased.Atthethirddayafteroperation,thepatientsinthetreatmentgroupthelevelofFGF21waslowerthanthecontrolgroup.Inallrece
4、ivedemergencyoperation,accordingtoTIMIflowgrade,thpatientsweredividedintono-reflow(NR)groupandnormalreflowgroup.SerumFGF21leveloftheformerwasslightlyhigherthanthelatter(P=0.414),after1day,theserumlevelsofFGF21intheformerweresignificantlyhigherthanthelatter.Thepatientswithnromalflowweredivid
5、edintocombinedwithdiabetesandnodiabetesgroup.TheresultsshowedthatserumFGF21levelofpatientswithdiabetesisalwaysslightlyhigherthanthosewithoutdiabetes,buttherewasnostatisticalsignificantdifference(P>0.05).InpatientswithacuteSTEMI,causedbyanteriordescendingbranch,betweenthelevelofserumFGF21atf
6、irstdayafteroperationandleftventricularejectionfractionatfirstdayafteroperationshowsasignificantlynegativecorrelation(R=-0.541,P<0.001);meanwhilebetweenthelevelofserumFGF21atthirddayafteroperationandleftventricularejectionfractionatfirstdayafteroperationshowsasignificantlynegativecorrelatio
