4、ring.Howtoefficientlydecreasetheone-nodeconnectedhinges,shortenthedeviationbetweentopologicaldesignandengineeringpracticeaswellasstrengthenthemanufacturingperformanceofthetopologystructureisessentialtorealizetopologyoptimizationmethodsformanufacturing.Thispaperanalyzesoverseasanddomesticresearchsta
5、tusoftopologyoptimizationusedincompliantmechanism,focusontheone-nodeconnectedhingesproblemandpost-processingproblem,themainworkincludesthefollowingaspects:Firstly,thisthesisdeeplyinvestigatestheresearchstatusoftopologyoptimizationusedincompliantmechanism,discussesthesolvingprocedureofSolidIsotropic
6、MicrostructureswithPenalizationMethod(SIMP)andParameterizationLevelSetMethod(PLSM),aswellascomparestheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofSIMPandPLSM.Secondly,onthebasisofpreviousstudies,thispaperproposesthemathematicalmodelofthecompliantmechanismmulti-objectivetopologyoptimizationproblem,andcombinesdensit
7、yfilteringapproachwithsensitivityfilteringtechnologytoreducetheone-nodeconnectedhingesproblem.Itmakestheresultsmeettherequirementofthestructurebearingcapacity,aswellasimprovetheoutputcharacteristics.Theeffe
