3、entalgroupandthecontrolgroup.Patientsintheexperimentalgroup(30cases)wereadministeredwithQudugranules(dispeltoxic)(5gpertime,threetimesaday),whilethoseinthecontrolgroup(60cases)treatedwithNiaoDuqinggranules(5gpertime,threetimesaday).Thechangesofhemoglobin,urinaryproteinper24hrs,hemoglobin
4、,renalfunction,parathyroidhormone(PTH),N-actely-β-D-glucosaminidase(NAG),endothelin(ET),changesofscoresofsymptomsofsyndromesofdeficiencyofspleenandkidney,turbidandbloodstasiswereobservedintwogroups.Thedifferencesbetweentwogroupswerecompared.2.90maleWistarratsweredividedrandomlyintofivegr
5、oups:theshamoperationgroup,themodelgroup,highdosageQudugranulesgroup(highdosagegroup),thelow-dosageQudugranulesgroup(lowdosagegroup)andNiaoDuqinggroup(controlgroup).18ratswereineachgroup.Excepttheratsintheshamoperationgroup,theleftureteralsofratswereligatedineachgroup.Medicinewasgiventoe
6、achgroupaccordingtothedesignedconcentrationanddosagefromthedaybeforetheligation.Theratswerekilledonthethird,seventhandfourtheenthdayinbatches.NAGenzymeintheurine,renalfunctionandpathologicalchangesofthekidneywereobserved.Results:1.Aftertwomonthstreatment,thecreatinine,ureanitrogenanduric
7、acidofthepatientswereimproved,NAGenzymeintheurine,endothelinand24hoursurinaryproteinwerelower,hemoglobinwassignificantlyhigher,PTHandscoresofsymptomsdecreaseobviouslyintheexperimentalgroup.2.QudugranulescouldsignificantlyreduceurinaryNAGenzyme,improvethecreatinine,ureanit
