2、級的重要指南。在學(xué)界,相關(guān)文獻對專業(yè)市場的研究大多從流通領(lǐng)域發(fā)展、空間規(guī)模、歷史演變等角度進行探討,鮮有從營銷視角基于客戶導(dǎo)向的研究。筆者認為,專業(yè)市場轉(zhuǎn)型的戰(zhàn)略取向是:以客戶為導(dǎo)向,構(gòu)建專業(yè)市場、顧客之間的渠道響應(yīng)機制,實現(xiàn)互動共贏、共生共榮。以客戶為中心,為客戶提供解決方案,是客戶導(dǎo)向的專業(yè)市場轉(zhuǎn)型升級的內(nèi)涵詮釋與行動指南。構(gòu)建渠道響應(yīng)機制,關(guān)鍵是要實施市場創(chuàng)新、盈利模式創(chuàng)新、平臺創(chuàng)新以及關(guān)系價值創(chuàng)新等營銷創(chuàng)新方略,也需要“觸網(wǎng)觸電”的因勢而變,向全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈要效益,以及充分發(fā)揮政府、行業(yè)協(xié)會、高
