1、黑龍江工程學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)摘 要電控液壓動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)可解決汽車轉(zhuǎn)向輕便性和靈敏性的矛盾,使駕駛員在汽車低速行駛時(shí)獲得較大助力,高速行駛時(shí)獲得較強(qiáng)的路感。本次設(shè)計(jì)主要完成電控液壓動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的液壓部分和機(jī)械部分的設(shè)計(jì)。在設(shè)計(jì)中將車速信號(hào)和轉(zhuǎn)向盤角速度信號(hào)引入液壓轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng),電子控制單元根據(jù)車速傳感器和轉(zhuǎn)向盤轉(zhuǎn)角傳感器檢測的車速信號(hào)和轉(zhuǎn)向信號(hào),計(jì)算出電動(dòng)機(jī)的對(duì)應(yīng)的轉(zhuǎn)速,對(duì)電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速進(jìn)行控制,電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)油泵,控制電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速從而控制油泵的泵油量,改變助力的大小。文中一開始闡述了電控液壓動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的目的和意義、發(fā)展?fàn)顩r以及應(yīng)用前景。接著分析論述了總體設(shè)計(jì)方案
