2、utgeosciencedatahaslarge,high-dimensional,incomplete,noise,fuzzyfeatureswhichbringsomedifficultiestothetraditionalmethodsofresourceevaluation.Inthiscase,dataminingtechnologyprovidesaneffectivesolutionfortheproblem.Thetraditionalgeochemicalprospectingmethodistodrawthecont
3、ourmapswhichbasesonthesamplingofeachsamplingpointwithintheregionandeachchemicalelementcontentofvalue,thenanalyzeandcomparethecontourmaps.Bythismeans,heavyworkload,lowefficiency,theevaluationresultsareaffectedbytheartificialsubjectivefactors.Thedifferencebetweenthetraditi
4、onalgeochemicalprospectingandourwaysinthispaperlies:Weintroducedtheclusteranalysisalgorithminthedataminingtechnologyfordataclustering,anddeterminedtheresourceoccurrencetarget;Thenusedcorrelationanalysistodeterminethetarget-occurrenceofresourcetypesinthedataminingtechnolo
5、gy,itprovidedanewtheoreticalmethodfortheevaluationofmineralresources.Firstly,thegeochemicalsamplingpointsareselectedasthedataobjectsandthe16kindsofmeasuringelementsareusedastheattributesofthedataobjects,Thepaperresearchedandanalyzedthedistributioncharacteristicsofgeochem
6、icalelementsinsurveyareabyclusteringthesamplingpointswithK-meansarithmeticandClusterarithmeticaboutdataminingtechnology.Intheresearchedarea,theclusteranalysisresultsshowedthetwogeochemicalelementcombinationofcharacteristicsconsistentwiththesampling-area(Thepropertiesofth
7、edataobjectchangingcharacteristicsisidentical).Theclusteringresultsandtheregionalgeologicaldataaresuperimposedandanalysed,anddeterminedatargetareaofoccurrenceofmineralresources.AtargetislocatedintheK-feldspargraniteandgraniteplaquearea;Anothertargetareaislocatedinandesit
