2、adrectifiedagreatdeviationonthetraditionalresearchandfulfillmentofwesternschoolmanagement,justaswhatSergiovannisaidthatthemoralleadershipofschoolscouldgettotheheartofschoolimprovement.However,theschoolwenttotheotherextremityasitrectifledadeviation.havingsteppedi
3、ntotheawkwardsitffationof“砌8antidoteturnsintopoison”Thereasonforthistendency.isthatthisresearchschoolpaysmoreattentiontotheanalysisthantothesynthesis,moreemphasisontheasSUrancethanontheindetermination,andmorestressonthecommonbodymetaphorthanontotheessentialaspec
4、tofschoolasorganization.Theresearch,therefore,slippedintotheoppositionoftheresearchofthemoralleadershipofschoolsvisiblyorinvisiblyandintentionally01"accidentally.Aimingatthiskindresearchsituation,thisdissertationcarriesonthedeeptheoreticaldiscussionandanalysisof
5、themoralleadershipofschools,justasthefollowingtwoaspects.Firstofall,itmakesinvestigationanddiscriminationontheessenceofmoralleadershipofschools,whichbasesonthecomplexityoftheschoolorganization.Atthesametime,itdeeplyseizestheessenrlceofthemoralleadershipofschools
