2、AG11-HCGuard(4mm伊50mm)保護(hù)柱和AG11-HCAnalytical(4mm伊250mm)分離柱袁在30.0mmol窯L-1的KOH為淋洗液袁流動(dòng)相流速為1.0mL窯min-1袁采樣時(shí)間為25min袁抑制電流為75mA袁柱溫30℃袁進(jìn)樣量20滋L的條件下進(jìn)行檢測(cè)遙結(jié)果表明袁棉仁植酸的回歸曲線2為0.999袁在檢測(cè)濃度內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好曰各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差均在5%以?xún)?nèi)袁平均回收率為98.64%~102.31%袁檢出限淵樣品中檢出待測(cè)物的最小濃度冤為0.059滋g窯mL-1袁定量限淵樣品中待測(cè)物能被定量測(cè)定的最低量冤為0.19

6、lsbyionchromatographywasdevelopedinthisstudy.Afterthediethylethertreatmentofdrycottonseedkernelpowder,thesamplesweresuspendedin10ml0.66mol窯L-1HClandboiledfor1hour.Thenthesampleswereshakenat4℃for12hoursandcen-trifuged.Thesupernatantwasdilutedandpurifiedforloading.Toanalyze
