2、酮腦內(nèi)注射28d后,大鼠在網(wǎng)格上的移動(dòng)潛伏期明顯增長,沿斜板下滑次數(shù)顯著增多,自主活動(dòng)減少,而靜止性蹲坐時(shí)間顯著增多;丘腦VL核神經(jīng)元自發(fā)放電頻數(shù)顯著降低,電頻譜峰向低頻區(qū)聚集,Ⅰ型簇狀放電型式減少,更多的表現(xiàn)為規(guī)律型放電或Ⅱ型簇狀放電.結(jié)果表明黑質(zhì)注射魚藤酮能誘發(fā)大鼠出現(xiàn)肌僵直、行動(dòng)遲緩、震顫等類帕金森病征狀,丘腦VL核神經(jīng)元自發(fā)放電活動(dòng)相應(yīng)減弱,放電型式有所改變.關(guān)鍵詞:魚藤酮;黑質(zhì);自發(fā)放電;行為;丘腦腹外側(cè)核;頻譜中圖分類號(hào):Q948文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:AEffectsofMicroinjectingRot

5、lsweresignificantlydecreased,andthetimeofinactivesittingwassignificantlyincreased.ThespontaneousdischargerateoftheVLneuronssignificantlydecreased.Neuronswithtype2Ⅰburstingfiredecreased,however,theregularfireandtype2Ⅱburstingfireincreased.Thepeaksofthepower
